How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom-built completes may require an additional 24 hours for professional assembly before dispatch.
What is your return policy on used decks?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, un-skated condition. Once a deck has been gripped or shows signs of use (scuffs, griptape application), it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can select 'Professional Assembly' at checkout and our team will build your board for free.
How do I know what size deck to choose?
Deck size is largely based on preference and shoe size. Generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and up provides more stability for transition and bowl riding.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
