At The Skateboard Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your new gear. If your deck, trucks, or apparel aren't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate hardware is in its shrink-wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for signs of use, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
